Solenis is looking for a Sales Administration Specialist to support our sales team by ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflows. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Salesforce to maintain data integrity, generate insights, and manage key administrative tasks. What You'll Do
- Maintain and manage the Salesforce CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, workflows, and reports to meet the needs of the sales team.
- Provide training and support to sales team members on Salesforce functionalities.
- Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks such as preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.
- Generate and distribute regular sales reports and dashboards using Salesforce and other reporting tools.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and performance metrics.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales operations and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for sales administration tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in Salesforce.
- Ensure all sales documentation is properly filed and accessible.
- Manage the customer’s contract in place.
- Work closely with the sales team, marketing, finance, and other departments to support sales initiatives.
- Participate in sales meetings and provide administrative support as needed.
- Manage a small team of 2-3 staff.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales administration or sales support.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM with a strong understanding of its functionalities and capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and very good in Excel.
- Proficiency in English.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with other sales and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.
