The Sjef Group is hiring a Sales Account Executive to drive expansion in France and French-speaking Belgium. You will be responsible for turning opportunities into long-term partnerships with event organizers and venue owners by managing the full sales journey, from initial demo to final handover.
What You'll Do
- Identify and approach potential clients in France and French-speaking Belgium
- Build strong relationships and guide prospects through the sales journey – from first demo to final onboarding
- Present elockers smart locker solutions in a compelling and tailored way
- Negotiate and close deals with event organizers and venues owners/operators
- Ensure a smooth transition to our Ops teams by accurately documenting client needs in HubSpot
- Stay in touch with existing clients and support contract renewals when needed
- Share valuable insights and client feedback with internal teams
What We're Looking For
- Native-level French and English (B1 level)
- Proven track record in sales or business development
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-starter mindset: comfortable working independently in a remote-first setup
- Affinity with tech-driven solutions
- Knowledge of the scene: nightlife, festivals, or music events
Nice to Have
- Proven track record ideally in the event tech, ticketing, or cashless payment space

You will be responsible for transitioning clients to our Ops teams and will work within a fast-paced, international scale-up culture that values initiative, autonomy, and short decision lines.

Work Mode
This is a fully remote role. The position is open to candidates based in France and involves regular team meetups in Amsterdam, Noord-Holland, Nederland.
