- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to manage cross team dependencies and address systemic impediments on the ART.
- Use Jira and Jira Align to visualize work, support backlog refinement, manage team boards, and provide transparent views of progress.
- Facilitate backlog refinement and planning with Product Owners by enabling clear, thin, testable slices of value for configuration changes.
- Track and share team level flow and outcome metrics like predictability, throughput, and cycle time to support inspect and adapt.
- Foster healthy team dynamics, psychological safety, and effective collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
What We're Looking For

- Experience as a Scrum Master in a SAFe environment, with direct participation in PI Planning and other ART level events.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating Scrum events and team workshops in remote and hybrid settings.
- Proficiency with Jira for boards, backlogs, and reporting, and working knowledge of Jira Align for PI planning and dependency management.
