Shape the future of AI-generated code by applying your Rust expertise to train intelligent systems. In this role, you'll analyze and compare code produced by large language models, identifying strengths and flaws in logic, performance, and style. Your detailed assessments and precise revisions will directly influence how the model learns to write production-quality Rust.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate multiple AI-generated code solutions, ranking them based on correctness, efficiency, and adherence to best practices
- Refactor and correct code to fix bugs, optimize performance, and improve readability
- Provide clear, technical explanations for your judgments, helping the system learn nuanced engineering decisions
- Submit structured feedback and test outcomes to support a reinforcement learning pipeline
- Ensure the model develops the ability to critique and iterate on its own code over time
What We Need
- At least three years of professional experience writing Rust code
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly detect logic flaws, inefficiencies, and security concerns
- Exceptional attention to detail and clarity in written explanations
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and language specifications independently
- Experience working autonomously in asynchronous environments
- Eligibility to work as an independent contractor in your country
Nice to Have
- Background in constraint programming or formal logic systems
