Sereact GmbH is hiring a Robotics Deployment Engineer to lead the implementation and optimization of AI-powered robotic systems in real-world customer environments. You will bridge development and application, deploying mobile manipulators for bin-picking and item-handling tasks across the USA.
What You'll Do
- Install and configure robotic software and hardware at client locations.
- Adapt and fine-tune robotics algorithms for site-specific requirements.
- Ensure proper integration of robotic arms, grippers, and sensors into client workflows.
- Conduct rigorous on-site testing to validate performance and reliability.
- Debug and troubleshoot system issues, implementing improvements as needed.
- Optimize system performance for efficiency, speed, and accuracy.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and end-users.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to provide feedback and enhance system robustness.
- Document deployment processes and contribute to operational guides.
- Contribute to other sites across Europe remotely when not on deployment.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience deploying and integrating robotic systems in industrial or commercial settings.
- Hands-on experience with robotic manipulators, perception systems, and motion control.
- Willingness to travel: ≈ 75%.
- Availability for an initial 3-month stay in Germany and Europe for training and first deployments.
- Strong knowledge of ROS 2, robotic system architecture, and middleware.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C++.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker for system setup and deployment.
- Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills across complex electromechanical systems.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and adapt to new challenges.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with 6 axis robotic arms, AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robots), and/or other robotic systems.

Work Mode
