Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical consulting to assist clients in developing and maintaining secure robotics and autonomous platforms for high-stakes environments
- Evaluate cybersecurity readiness across robotic system components such as embedded code, sensors, communication networks, autonomy software, cloud or edge computing, control interfaces, and development ecosystems
- Conduct or contribute to threat modeling, security architecture evaluations, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, and risk assessments for robotic platforms
- Support clients in establishing and validating DevSecOps workflows for robotics, including secure coding, automated testing, continuous integration and delivery pipelines, SBOM creation, vulnerability tracking, and secure deployment protocols
- Create cybersecurity validation frameworks, assurance methodologies, and compliance documentation for robotic systems
- Guide clients on secure system design principles, covering identity controls, access management, encrypted communications, key lifecycle management, secure boot processes, trusted execution environments, software update security, audit logging, monitoring systems, and incident response planning
- Lead or participate in all stages of client projects, from needs assessment and problem scoping to solution development, testing, and delivery of actionable technical guidance
- Advise on both technical implementations and strategic business decisions, uncovering opportunities driven by emerging technologies and supporting the development of scalable, efficient, and resilient systems
- Contribute to business growth by cultivating client relationships, identifying new project prospects, and helping design and execute technical and business strategies, either independently or with leadership
Work Arrangement
Remote — Phoenix, AZ; Pittsburgh, PA; or another location within the United States
