About the Role

EWOR GmbH is seeking a Robotics Co-Founder / Head of Growth to launch and scale their own venture. You will build a startup within fields such as Robotics while embarking on a personal development journey designed by unicorn founders. The goal is to grow your company to €100M+ in revenues and build a €1B+ company.

What You'll Do

  • Build and run your own startup in fields such as Robotics.
  • Follow a fully customized program to enhance your goal, time, and energy management.
  • Iterate your product until reaching product-market-fit.
  • Receive support in building up a sales force or creating a marketing empire.
  • Receive coaching to make your startup 'investible' and ready to raise significant funding.

What We're Looking For

  • Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate.
  • Willingness to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
  • Excellent communication skills and English language proficiency.
