EWOR GmbH is looking for a B2B Co-Founder / Head of Engineering to build and run your own startup venture. You will embark on a personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders and receive comprehensive support in hiring, funding, and scaling. EWOR is a radically selective fellowship backing the world's top 0.1% of founder prodigies.
What You'll Do
- Build and run your own startup in fields such as B2B.
- Iterate your product until reaching product-market-fit.
- Build up a sales force or create a marketing empire.
- Embark on an extensive personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders, following a fully customised programme enhancing goal, time, and energy management.
What We're Looking For
- Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate.
- Willingness to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
- Excellent communication skills and English language proficiency.
