Responsibilities
- Oversee on-site implementation of self-operating excavation machinery
- Design equipment operational sequences to achieve or surpass customer output targets
- Analyze field data to forecast automation performance and confirm system stability before release
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems spanning sensor systems, computing infrastructure, and behavioral logic
- Use engineering expertise to examine both embedded and remote software systems to sustain uninterrupted operations
- Work with partnership teams to locate new deployment sites that align with product development plans
- Supply actionable technical insights to development teams for improving future system designs
- Convert engineering capabilities into tangible business benefits for client understanding
- Lead conversations on advancing site integration and embedding automation into client processes
- Instruct on-site teams in optimizing machine performance within real-world conditions

- Position may support various geographic locations, particularly in cities with existing offices including San Francisco or New York
