Rackspace is seeking a Risk & Compliance Specialist I to join our remote team in India. In this role, you will focus on implementing and monitoring controls for SOX and PCI compliance frameworks, supporting the integrity of our global operations.
What You'll Do
- Execute and monitor compliance activities for SOX and PCI programs.
- Assist in the documentation, testing, and remediation of internal controls.
- Support audits and assessments by collecting evidence and facilitating reviews.
- Collaborate with process owners to address control gaps and implement improvements.
- Contribute to the maintenance of compliance policies and procedures.
- Track and report on compliance metrics and status to relevant stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrable experience with SOX or PCI DSS compliance requirements.
- Understanding of risk assessment methodologies and internal control frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess processes and identify risks.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing documentation.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines.
- Professional communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
