About the Role

This role is responsible for improving revenue-generating processes across sales, marketing, and customer success in the French market. The ideal candidate will combine analytical rigor with operational excellence to enable predictable growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics across the French region
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine forecasting accuracy and pipeline management
  • Implement and maintain CRM data integrity and reporting standards
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and lead cross-functional improvement initiatives
  • Support the rollout of sales tools and technology platforms
  • Develop dashboards and reports for leadership review and decision-making
  • Ensure alignment between revenue targets and operational capabilities
  • Track KPIs related to conversion rates, sales cycle length, and win rates
  • Partner with marketing to assess campaign effectiveness and lead quality
  • Optimize pricing and packaging strategies in coordination with product teams
  • Facilitate onboarding and training for new sales operations procedures
  • Manage ad hoc analytical requests from senior stakeholders
  • Standardize sales processes to improve scalability and compliance
  • Coordinate with finance on revenue recognition and reporting alignment
  • Evaluate performance of sales territories and quota assignments
  • Drive adoption of best practices in revenue operations across teams
