Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics across the French region
- Collaborate with sales leadership to refine forecasting accuracy and pipeline management
- Implement and maintain CRM data integrity and reporting standards
- Identify operational inefficiencies and lead cross-functional improvement initiatives
- Support the rollout of sales tools and technology platforms
- Develop dashboards and reports for leadership review and decision-making
- Ensure alignment between revenue targets and operational capabilities
- Track KPIs related to conversion rates, sales cycle length, and win rates
- Partner with marketing to assess campaign effectiveness and lead quality
- Optimize pricing and packaging strategies in coordination with product teams
- Facilitate onboarding and training for new sales operations procedures
- Manage ad hoc analytical requests from senior stakeholders
- Standardize sales processes to improve scalability and compliance
- Coordinate with finance on revenue recognition and reporting alignment
- Evaluate performance of sales territories and quota assignments
- Drive adoption of best practices in revenue operations across teams
