RemoteVA PH is seeking a highly skilled Revit and 3Ds Max Expert to join our design and engineering team. You will be responsible for creating, developing, and managing detailed architectural models and producing high-quality 3D visualizations to support project delivery from concept to completion.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage detailed BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Create realistic 3D renderings, animations, and walkthroughs using 3Ds Max and rendering engines like V-Ray.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and compliance with project standards.
- Prepare construction documentation, shop drawings, and presentation materials.
- Optimize models and renderings for efficiency and performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends, software updates, and best practices in BIM and visualization.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff on Revit and 3Ds Max workflows.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in BIM modeling and 3D visualization.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, including family creation, parametric modeling, and BIM coordination.
- Expert-level skills in Autodesk 3Ds Max, including modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, and other design visualization tools.
- Understanding of construction processes, detailing, and documentation standards.
