Responsibilities
- Design and manage lead enrichment workflows using tools like Clay, Apollo, and ZoomInfo, along with custom APIs, ensuring fallback mechanisms, monitoring, and data quality standards.
- Develop systems that identify buying signals such as job changes, funding rounds, product usage patterns, and news events, then route them with context to appropriate sales representatives.
- Lead CRM architecture including custom objects, automation via Salesforce Flow, data validation rules, and integrations between the CRM, data warehouse, and outreach tools.
- Implement and integrate AI-powered tools and agents that enhance outbound prospecting, customer success workflows, and lead scoring processes.
- Manage and optimize the workflow catalog by retiring underperforming automations and ensuring all deployed systems include error handling, alerting, and idempotent design.
