Responsibilities
- Engage customers and promote Brightspeed Fiber and DirecTV products and services in a high-traffic retail location
- Execute sales strategies to attract new customers and grow market share
- Educate customers on the benefits of high-speed fiber internet and premium TV packages
- Deliver personalized service while building trust and long-term relationships
- Maintain compliance and uphold both the retailer’s and partner brands’ standards
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform essential job functions, including standing and walking for the duration of an 8+ hour shift
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
- Basic technology proficiency (POS systems, mobile devices, tablets)
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as needed
Nice to Have
- 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience
