This position acts as the primary screening mechanism for talent acquisition, guaranteeing only highly qualified applicants advance through recruitment stages. You'll engage in a methodical, reproducible workflow where precision, objectivity, and systematic thinking are critical. Your responsibilities include evaluating incoming candidate profiles, applying standardized assessment protocols objectively, and maintaining consistent performance metrics. Regular interaction with talent acquisition specialists is integral to daily responsibilities, and your organizational skills and meticulous approach will directly enhance recruitment efficiency.
Requirements
- Evaluate and manage candidate resume submissions using predefined assessment frameworks
- Categorize potential candidates precisely according to specific job specifications
- Facilitate interview coordination with recruitment team to maintain procedural momentum
- Engage collaboratively across recruitment functions to optimize hiring processes
- Requirements
- Minimum 1-year background in talent acquisition, business process outsourcing, quality validation, or analogous professional domains
- Demonstrated experience utilizing customer relationship management or applicant tracking technological platforms
- Proven intermediate competency with productivity technologies including spreadsheet software, documentation tools, communication applications, and virtual meeting platforms
- Exhibit capacity to sustain exceptional precision while executing repetitive professional tasks
- Substantiate consistent achievement of established performance benchmarks
