Hilton is seeking a Reservations Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensuring our guests experience seamless booking from the first touchpoint. In this role, you will be instrumental in maximizing hotel revenue through precise inventory management and by coaching a dedicated team.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily reservations operations
- Support and coach reservations team members
- Help maximize hotel revenue through accurate inventory management and exceptional guest service
- Assist with managing reservation inquiries
- Monitor room availability
- Handle group and special bookings
- Ensure all reservations are processed accurately and efficiently
