finanzen.net GmbH is looking for a Requirements Engineer / Technical Product Owner (m/w/d) to act as the crucial interface between business, technology, and partners. You will shape the future of our digital trading platform in a dynamic, fast-growing FinTech environment.
What You'll Do
- Elicit, analyze, and document requirements for web and app products, considering integrations with partners.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
- Coordinate with our custodian bank and other partners to optimally integrate regulatory requirements and technical interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, product managers, developers, and external partners.
- Support the optimization of the user journey and user experience to increase conversion rates.
- Identify and specify measures to scale our platform as part of company growth.
- Develop and maintain requirements management processes and tools.
- Support quality assurance through precise and comprehensive documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of professional experience as a Requirements Engineer, Business Analyst, or similar role in a FinTech or banking environment.
- Knowledge of financial sector requirements (e.g., MiFID II, money laundering, BaFin).
- Familiarity with web and app technologies as well as API interfaces.
- Experience with integrations to external partners, especially banks or financial service providers.
- Ability to analyze complex requirements in a structured way, prioritize them, and document them understandably.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build bridges between technology and business.
- Experience collaborating with agile teams.
- Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence or similar software solutions.
- Understanding of agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban.
