Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Rental Sales Agent to be the welcoming first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless rental process while driving sales growth. You will blend customer service expertise with proven sales techniques to deliver an outstanding experience.
What You'll Do
- Handle reservations and process rental agreements with accuracy and professionalism.
- Welcome and treat every customer with respect, providing exceptional service from start to finish.
- Maximize sales opportunities by offering optional coverage products, vehicle upgrades, prepaid gas options, and additional services to every customer with 100% compliance.
- Utilize effective sales techniques: build rapport through open-ended questions, emphasize product features and benefits, and skillfully overcome customer objections.
- Adhere to all rental policies and procedures to ensure smooth and compliant transactions.
- Assist customers by identifying any additional services or products that may enhance their rental experience.
- Provide unmatched service excellence, ensuring full customer satisfaction at every stage of the rental process.
- Support branch operations by performing additional duties as requested by management.
