Requirements
- Willingness and ability to engage with and use the company's software platform
- Minimum of three years of experience in renewals, account management, or sales operations, preferably in SaaS
- Demonstrated success in cultivating customer relationships and closing renewal negotiations
- Proficiency in forecasting, data analysis, and managing contracts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with effective project coordination abilities
- Proactive attitude with a focus on achieving results and contributing to foundational growth
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
Nice to Have
- Background in revenue operations, including understanding of RevOps methodologies
- Knowledge of process automation tools and workflow systems
- Hold certifications in sales, account management, or contract administration
