WaveStrong, Inc. is looking for a Remote ServiceNow Architect (CMA) - Certified Master Architect to serve as a subject matter expert advising on the strategic use of ServiceNow. You will ensure platform initiatives align with business goals and IT strategies across key programs and prospective customers.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a ServiceNow subject matter expert advising on strategic platform use to align with business goals and IT strategies.
- Focus on ServiceNow solution design across all key current programs and prospective customers.
What We're Looking For
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) certification.
- Expertise with the ServiceNow Privacy Case Management module.
- 7+ years of professional experience with a focus on ServiceNow Solution Design.
- A strong background in ServiceNow proposals and projects.
- Experience with Enterprise Service Management Solutions.
- ITIL certification and best practices experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow implementations following agile methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent years of experience.
