Responsibilities
- Design enclosures and structural frameworks for battery energy storage systems.
- Develop equipment layouts that facilitate service access, airflow, and cable management.
- Produce 3D models and precise technical drawings using SolidWorks, including sheet metal and welded components.
- Conduct structural and thermal analyses to ensure safe and efficient battery cooling.
- Collaborate with electrical and manufacturing teams to align mechanical designs with system integration requirements.
- Assist in prototype development, testing, and ongoing product refinement phases.
