Blue Ocean Media | Digitale Leute is looking for a Remote Sales Executive (m/w/d) to drive growth through new customer acquisition and relationship management. You'll join a team focused on sustainable customer care and expanding market potential.
What You'll Do
- Acquire new customers and care for, then expand, existing customer relationships – no cold calls.
- Maintain and follow up with your existing customer portfolio.
- Identify market potential and develop individual solution offers for customers.
- Provide competent and sustainable customer care.
What We're Looking For
- German as a native language.
- Basic PC knowledge.
- High level of self-organization and motivation.
- Willingness to work in shifts (alternating early and late shifts within the German time zone).
- Your own laptop/PC (Windows) and a headset with noise-cancelling.
Nice to Have
- Sales experience is an advantage, but not required – comprehensive training is provided.
Team & Environment
You'll join a team of 11-50 employees with flat hierarchies and an open, collegial atmosphere.

- Compensation: Up to €1,500 monthly base salary plus top commission.
