Sidekick Network GmbH & Co. KG is looking for a Remote Sales Executive (m/w/d) to focus on acquiring new customers and managing existing relationships. This role operates within the German time zone, involves no cold calls, and offers a flexible, remote-first environment with performance-based compensation.
What You'll Do
- Acquire new customers and expand existing customer relationships.
- Maintain and follow up with existing customers.
- Identify market potential and develop individual solution offers.
- Provide competent and sustainable customer support.
What We're Looking For
- German as native language.
- Basic PC skills.
- High self-organization and motivation.
- Willingness to work alternating early and late shifts within the German time zone.
- Access to a laptop/PC (Windows) and a noise-cancelling headset.
Nice to Have
- Sales experience is an advantage, but not required; training will be provided.

You will join a team of 11-50 employees, with flat hierarchies and an open, collegial structure.
