About the Role

Join RoomPriceGenie as a Remote Sales Development Representative (m/f/d) for Australia and New Zealand. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will spark interest in our solution and connect qualified property owners with Sales Managers. You will play a key role in expanding our reach and contributing to the success of our fast-growing startup.

What You'll Do

  • Engage with prospects by identifying decision-makers, uncovering key business challenges, and pitching RoomPriceGenie’s solutions.
  • Make and track daily phone calls through Hubspot to connect with new prospects.
  • Use local market knowledge to enhance outbound marketing activities and connect meaningfully with hotel owners.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest hospitality industry news, trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Collaborate with management to help streamline and optimize the customer journey.
  • Influence startup development by trying out your own approaches and contributing innovative ideas.

What We're Looking For

  • C2-level English proficiency with excellent communication skills.
  • Eligible to live and work in Australia or New Zealand.
  • Sales-driven with a natural aptitude for understanding customer needs.
  • Tech-savvy and excited by the latest technology trends.
  • Positive, outgoing, empathetic, and enthusiastic personality.
  • Active listener skilled at uncovering pain points.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player who loves contributing to team goals.

Nice to Have

  • Additional European languages, such as Italian or French.
  • Experience in a SaaS or travel-tech company.
  • Hospitality industry experience or a passion for helping hotels.
  • Ability to work from our offices on a regular basis.
