smartkündigen OHG is looking for a Remote Sales Consultant (m/w/d) to focus on acquiring new customers and nurturing existing relationships. You’ll join a team of 11-50 employees with flat hierarchies, working from home with flexible hours and performance-based compensation.
What You'll Do
- Acquire new customers and care for and expand existing customer relationships – no cold calls.
- Maintain and follow up with existing customers.
- Identify market potential and develop individual solution offers.
- Provide competent and sustainable customer care.
What We're Looking For
- German as a native language.
- Basic PC skills.
- High self-organization and motivation.
- Willingness to work shifts (early and late shifts alternating, within German time zone).
- Laptop/PC (Windows) and a headset with noise-cancelling.
Nice to Have
- Sales experience is an advantage, but not a must – we will train you.
