Kohl's is seeking an empathetic and proactive Appointment Setter to connect with individuals on social media and guide them toward support. You will use established outreach strategies on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn to engage people experiencing mental or emotional burdens, unclear life direction, or spiritual hunger. Your goal is to build trust and facilitate a free initial consultation with the mentor.
What You'll Do
- Use our provided strategy on social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) to identify and reach out to people facing specific life challenges.
- Initiate contact via direct messages in a targeted, empathetic, and respectful manner.
- Spark curiosity, build trust, and guide individuals into scheduling a free initial consultation.
- Document conversations and collaborate with the mentor to optimize the outreach process.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent written German language skills, with an empathetic and confident tone.
- A genuine enjoyment of communicating with people without pressure, using presence, clarity, and respect.
- Ability to listen actively, read between the lines, and write with empathy.
- Self-motivated working style with a focus on achieving tangible results.
Nice to Have
- Previous relevant experience is a plus but is not required.
Team & Environment
You will be part of a small team of 1-10 employees and will report directly to Eduard Drozdov (Mentor).
