World Business Lenders, LLC is looking for a Quality Assurance & Process Analyst to play a key role in connecting quality assurance, business analysis, and operational excellence. You will champion quality from the start of the development lifecycle, ensuring the quality of software and business processes while identifying opportunities for automation and redesign.
What You'll Do
- Translate business needs into clear, testable requirements.
- Collaborate across teams to eliminate inefficiencies and bring undocumented processes into the light.
- Focus on tactical quality goals, such as defect prevention and validation.
- Drive strategic operational enhancements, including process formalization, automation, and ongoing improvement.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance, testing, business analysis, or process improvement.
- Demonstrated experience in at least two of: software testing and QA, requirements analysis, business process analysis, or process improvement initiatives.
- Experience working in cross-functional team environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven skill in analyzing and documenting business requirements.
- Experience utilizing automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Adept at simplifying technical and process concepts for varied audiences.
- Exceptional team player with strong collaborative skills.
- Thrives in cross-functional environments and excels at unifying diverse stakeholders.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to accuracy, thoroughness, and consistency.
- Proven ability to juggle competing priorities, adapt swiftly to change, and maintain composure under pressure.
- Genuine curiosity about systems and processes; proactive in uncovering root causes and opportunities.
