Job Summary
We're hunting for a sharp-eyed
QA Tester with serious SaaS testing chops. Your mission? Validate developer work, run comprehensive project tests before client handoff, and craft crystal-clear documentation. This role is perfect for the detail-obsessed bug hunter who can navigate complex workflows and communicate like a pro with both tech and non-tech teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and test every developer task, ensuring data precision, rock-solid functionality, and seamless UI/UX.
- Execute end-to-end testing across projects—form logic, workflow automation, integrations, user permissions—leave no stone unturned.
- Document test cases, steps, and results with military-grade precision.
- Craft user-friendly manuals and internal guides complete with screenshots and process flows.
- Partner closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and share test insights.
Requirements
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years QA testing in SaaS applications
- Pro-level skills with testing tools like BrowserStack, TestRail, Postman
- Hands-on experience with bug tracking platforms (Zoho Projects, Jira, Trello)
- Solid grasp of APIs and Webhooks
- HTML and JavaScript proficiency
- Razor-sharp written communication
- Track record of creating manuals, process maps, and test scenarios
Preferred:
- Experience in Zoho Creator, CRM, or Desk
- Familiarity with automation platforms like Zapier or Zoho Flow
- Deluge scripting skills
- Zoho or QA certifications
