3045 Becton Dickinson Global Services Centre Sdn. Bhd. is hiring a Remote Monitoring Specialist to deliver critical technical service and field support for BD’s dispensing customers. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring system health, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the reliability of medical solutions within a 24/7 shift environment.

What You'll Do

Identify and review dashboards, alerts, and alarms.
Apply fixes to resolve alerts and alarms.
Support cross medical product solutions across 9 different product types.
Build effective working relationships across functions and locations.
Maintain a strong focus on delivering high quality work and hold yourself to high standards.
Demonstrate adaptability, manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
Follow procedures and processes in an FDA regulated environment.
Communicate effectively with customers, listen to their needs, and take action to meet them.

Work scheduled shifts as part of a 24/7 support team.

What We're Looking For

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for Windows operating systems.
Ability to communicate technical solutions to a non-technical audience.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment using instant messenger, email, and phone.
Excellent documentation skills, including detailed case notes during customer calls.
In-depth knowledge of general computer terms and navigation skills.

Nice to Have

Minimum of 2 years in a technical support environment with direct customer service (IT or Healthcare fields).
Proficiency in writing SQL Queries (Select, Join, Update, Insert).
Experience with SQL Server 2008+ Administration.
Experience with Windows Server (2008+) and Desktop Administration (Win7+).
Knowledge of networking topology, terminology, and commands.
Experience with IIS and Web Application Administration.
Knowledge of Group Policies Terminology and Administration.
Experience with Active Directory Administration.
Familiarity with VMWare Terminology and Administration.
Experience installing peripherals (scanners, printers).
Experience with application (non-Pyxis) installation and troubleshooting.
