Provide compassionate mental health support to K–12 students and school personnel through fully remote video sessions. As a licensed therapist, you’ll conduct weekly 45-minute therapy appointments funded directly by schools, allowing you to focus entirely on clinical care without administrative distractions.
What You’ll Do
- Lead consistent 45-minute virtual therapy sessions tailored to the emotional and psychological needs of young people
- Spend the majority of your time—about 90%—delivering direct clinical services
- Manage minimal documentation and session planning, accounting for roughly 10% of your responsibilities
Qualifications
Candidates must hold an independent or supervised associate license in mental health counseling (such as LPC, LCSW, LMHC, or equivalent). Prior experience working with school-aged children is required, and familiarity with digital platforms is essential for seamless service delivery.
Preferred applicants will have two or more years of counseling experience, bilingual capabilities in Spanish, or dual-state licensure, which may expand service opportunities.
What We Offer
- Fully remote work with no geographic restrictions
- Complete autonomy over your schedule—choose hours that fit your life, including evenings and weekends
- No insurance billing or claims processing; sessions are school-funded
- Partial compensation for last-minute cancellations or no-shows with 24-hour notice
- Annual $200 contract stipend and reimbursement for cross-licensing fees
- Open office hours for peer and technical support
