Responsibilities

- Use Boolean searches and advanced sourcing techniques
- Evaluate resumes and profiles for technical fit
- Negotiate offers and support onboarding processes
- Stay updated on recruitment best practices and tools
- Manage multiple roles across different technology domains
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring
- Respond to candidate inquiries promptly and professionally
- Organize virtual career events or outreach campaigns
- Collaborate with international teams across time zones
