RemoteVA PH is seeking a Remote Internal Recruiter based in South Africa. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from crafting job postings to conducting initial candidate interviews, to support our growing team.
What You'll Do
- Draft clear, compelling, and accurate job descriptions for various roles.
- Post job openings on multiple channels including job boards, social media, and internal platforms.
- Utilize diverse sourcing channels to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Review applications, conduct phone screenings, and evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Conduct structured initial interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Maintain timely communication with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and assist with recruitment logistics.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in applicant tracking systems or internal databases.
- Represent the company positively to candidates and support employer branding initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and interviewing best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
- Ability to assess both technical and cultural fit.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position for candidates based in South Africa.
