About the Role
The Internal Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles, working closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, attract qualified candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across different departments
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and procedures
- Communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates
- Assist in refining job descriptions to attract suitable talent
- Support onboarding processes for successful hires
- Track key recruitment metrics and report on performance
- Promote employer branding during candidate interactions
- Identify and recommend improvements to recruitment workflows
- Participate in recruitment planning meetings
- Ensure diversity and inclusion principles are applied in hiring
- Handle candidate data with confidentiality and care
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices
- Respond promptly to recruitment-related inquiries
- Build talent pipelines for recurring hiring needs
- Support recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles
