Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage potential clients via phone and digital channels
- Educate customers about insurance products and coverage options
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance plans based on needs
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Conduct needs assessments during customer interactions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner
- Address customer questions and concerns about policies
- Guide clients through the application and enrollment process
- Stay current on product offerings and rate changes
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies
- Participate in regular performance review sessions
- Adhere to compliance and regulatory standards in all sales activities
- Use CRM tools to manage customer data and track progress
- Respond to inbound inquiries from potential customers
- Build rapport with clients to encourage long-term relationships
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner
- Complete required training on insurance products and sales techniques
