Adnova Marketing is hiring a Remote Chat Operator to work 100% remotely, communicating directly with fans of a creator. You will build relationships and sell exclusive content via chat, with flexible hours and no prior experience required. This role offers uncapped, commission-based earnings and is part of an award-winning company.
What You'll Do
- Chat with fans of a creator, listen to them, and build relationships.
- Sell exclusive creator content in the chat at appropriate moments, following provided instructions.
- Document fan preferences and interests in a CRM system.
- Manage the creator's profile according to guidelines and post daily content to the feed.
- Engage with the community by responding to comments and promoting the profile.
What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Proficient written German with few spelling and grammar errors.
- Good communication skills to interact appropriately with people and keep conversations going.
- Access to reliable technology: a functioning laptop, PC, or phone with a stable internet connection.
Nice to Have
- Empathy: Ability to put yourself in others' shoes and connect with them in conversation.
- Sales experience: Basic understanding of how to sell things.
- Prior experience: Experience in chatting or selling exclusive content on paid platforms.
