About the Role
This position involves delivering applied behavior analysis services remotely to clients across Utah. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing ongoing supervision to behavior technicians. Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments using standardized tools
- Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Supervise registered behavior technicians in the field
- Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams
- Document client progress and treatment outcomes
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyses
- Deliver training to staff and family members
- Monitor data to evaluate treatment effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards
- Participate in team meetings and case reviews
- Respond to client behavioral emergencies as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
- Support onboarding and training of new clinical staff
- Review and adjust treatment plans based on data trends
- Communicate regularly with clients and their support networks
- Coordinate care with external providers when necessary
- Stay current with developments in applied behavior analysis
- Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards
- Follow state-specific licensing requirements
- Provide feedback to improve service delivery processes
Nice to Have
- Three or more years of clinical ABA experience
- Experience with pediatric populations
- Prior remote or telehealth service delivery
- Training in crisis intervention techniques
- Experience in school-based settings
- Familiarity with Medicaid billing requirements
- Leadership experience in clinical teams
