Calling all Pharmacy professionals, we need a Relief Pharmacist to join our team on the Lakeshore! We're looking for someone who'll practice pharmacy with a patient-first philosophy, clinically oriented approach, and a vision for elevating Meijer Pharmacy's patient care. What You'll be Doing: • Fill prescriptions safely and accurately. • Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, team members, and leadership. • Hold pharmacy technicians accountable for results in a constructive, supportive way. • Drive pharmacy business growth through strategic vision. • Educate and mentor pharmacy technicians to become high-performing team members. • Inspire team members to reach their full potential. • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Meijer Policies and Procedures, state and federal laws. • Communicate effectively and serve as a change agent. • Showcase excellent organizational skills with strong workload prioritization. • Actively listen to patients and resolve their needs with top-notch customer service. • Manage pharmacy operations when the pharmacist in charge is absent. • Perform and oversee clinical services including immunizations. • Understand this job profile isn't exhaustive – you'll tackle additional duties as needed. What You Bring with You (Qualifications): • Bachelor of Science Degree or Doctorate of Pharmacy. • Registered and licensed in the state of practice. • Certified Immunization Pharmacist (except Indiana). • CPR certification. • Retail/Community Practice experience.
