What You'll Do
Drive revenue growth by selling digital trust services including information security, data protection, and AI governance solutions to mid-market and enterprise organizations across North America. Focus on clients in manufacturing and service industries, identifying their unique challenges around compliance, risk, and technology assurance.
Develop and execute a targeted business plan to meet sales objectives, while maintaining a comprehensive pipeline of qualified leads in the CRM system. Use insights from networking, referrals, and direct outreach to engage prospects and position tailored solutions that address regulatory, cybersecurity, and data governance needs.
Deliver compelling presentations and respond to RFPs by clearly linking client challenges to appropriate assessment and certification offerings. Prepare accurate proposals aligned with industry and accreditation standards, ensuring technical and compliance requirements are fully addressed.
Collaborate with internal teams to support client education initiatives on topics like AI ethics, data governance, and software assurance. Mentor junior sales and support staff, fostering a culture of accountability, customer focus, and long-term account development.
Requirements
- Proven track record selling information security, privacy, and data protection solutions to enterprise clients
- Experience with regulatory frameworks such as NIST, ISO, SOC 2, and other audit and compliance standards
- Familiarity with data governance, AI ethics frameworks, and software assurance offerings
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand complex technical and regulatory environments
- Proficiency in CRM systems and proposal development processes
- Ability to identify and escalate global account opportunities appropriately
- Prior experience in federal or defense industrial base sectors is preferred
