Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations for a broad range of facilities across remote areas in Queensland and South Australia
- Ensure safe, timely, and efficient management of non-process infrastructure including camps, water treatment systems, airports, warehouses, and roads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify opportunities to improve project performance and outcomes
- Ensure all work aligns with client procedures and standards
- Guide staff in evaluating and proposing practical upgrades to improve facility and network reliability
- Supervise maintenance teams, including supervisors, leading hands, tradespeople, and contracted workers
- Implement approved asset management strategies and plans
- Deliver consistent and dependable performance across all managed assets
