Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional campaign strategies to advance reproductive health and rights.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community organizations, elected officials, and advocacy groups.
- Create and implement advocacy plans to influence policy and public opinion.
- Manage and mentor a team of campaign staff to ensure effective execution of campaign goals.
- Coordinate with communications and digital teams to develop and distribute campaign materials.
- Monitor and analyze campaign progress, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for media coverage and public engagement.
- Collaborate with legal and policy teams to ensure campaigns align with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in fundraising efforts to support campaign activities.
- Represent the organization at public events, meetings, and conferences.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform campaign strategies and tactics.
- Develop and manage campaign budgets to ensure financial sustainability.
- Provide regular updates and reports on campaign progress to senior leadership.
- Engage with diverse communities to ensure campaigns are inclusive and culturally competent.
- Advocate for policies that promote reproductive health and rights at the state and local levels.
- Collaborate with other regional directors to share best practices and coordinate efforts.
- Develop and implement training programs for campaign staff and volunteers.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of campaigns on public policy and community attitudes.
- Coordinate with external partners to amplify campaign messages and reach.
- Develop and implement strategies to engage and mobilize young people in campaigns.
- Conduct outreach and education efforts to increase public awareness of reproductive health issues.
- Provide leadership and direction to ensure campaigns are aligned with organizational goals and values.

- Experience working in a non-profit or advocacy organization.
- Fluency in a second language.
