Responsibilities
- Lead and guide the regional business development team in advancing integrated CRDMO service offerings across discovery, biolog游戏副本 and cell and gene therapy platforms.
- Formulate and implement regional strategies to meet revenue goals and expand market share within the designated territory.
- Coach team members on long-term customer engagement, pipeline development, forecasting precision, and consistent execution timelines.
- Hold regular individual and team meetings to produce reliable pipeline updates and accurate sales projections for senior leadership.
- Drive initiatives to generate leads, acquire new clients, and convert opportunities for end-to-end CDMO services including discovery, process and analytical development, and GMP production.
- Strengthen the sales pipeline through networking, attendance at industry events, market research, referrals, and targeted outreach.
- Lead and assist team members in conducting customer meetings, technical discussions, capability demonstrations, and proposal negotiations to advance business prospects.
- Work with technical, project management, marketing, operations, and executive teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure smooth project handoffs.
- Represent the organization at conferences, trade shows, and networking forums to enhance brand recognition and market influence.
- Deliver actionable market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive analysis to inform commercial planning and organizational strategy.
- Collaborate closely with the US BD leadership to ensure high performance, accountability, and a culture focused on collaboration and growth.
