Parsons Transportation Group is looking for a Red Team Software Developer to join a new Agile development team and help transform it into a superior unit. You will develop penetration testing and red team capabilities to validate the security of our nation's most critical systems.
What You'll Do
- Develop penetration testing and red team operations capabilities, performing reverse engineering, vulnerability research, and exploit development.
- Leverage expertise with C2 tools like Cobalt Strike to deliver integrated capabilities that maximize red team operators' effectiveness.
- Craft new scripts and capabilities quickly to directly support active red team operations.
- Work hand-in-hand with an expert operations team to design and develop long-term, mission-aligned capabilities.
What We're Looking For
- Active TS/SCI Clearance.
- 5+ years combined education and experience in software development, systems engineering, or cyber operations.
- 1+ years of experience with C/C++/C# software development, including expertise in red team/offensive cyber capability development for Windows.
- Must pass the JDAT developer aptitude test before onboarding.
- Must be willing to travel 15% to OCONUS/CONUS locations.
Nice to Have
- Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery/Deployment (CI/CD) Experience.
- Experience with Command and Control frameworks/capabilities, especially Cobalt Strike.
- Experience with advanced red team techniques, such as AV evasion and ASLR mitigation.
