Responsibilities
- Evaluate incoming resumes to determine candidate fit for ABA therapy roles
- Perform initial phone screenings and conduct follow-up interview stages
- Present the organization professionally and warmly during all candidate engagements
- Oversee the complete onboarding workflow for selected candidates, ensuring compliance with all requirements
- Keep accurate records of candidate progress and share timely updates with internal stakeholders
