ISTA Personnel Solutions is hiring a Recruiter to focus on the U.S. Healthcare space. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle for Skilled Nursing Facility roles, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
What You'll Do
- Source, screen, and engage candidates for Skilled Nursing Facility roles across the U.S.
- Conduct phone screenings and maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups with candidates and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the ATS or tracking systems.
- Communicate professionally and clearly with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Manage multiple open roles while meeting recruitment timelines and priorities.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment and operations teams to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to work Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
- Willingness to work on both South African and U.S. public holidays
- A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps upload & download
- Ability to support a wired Ethernet connection
- A reliable power backup solution
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position within a global team structure, operating on EST business hours.
