Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and connect with potential candidates for positions in Skilled Nursing Facilities across the United States.
- Perform initial phone assessments and sustain consistent contact with applicants during the hiring cycle.
- Organize and manage interview appointments, including timely follow-up with applicants and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure candidate data is accurately recorded and regularly updated in the applicant tracking system or other recordkeeping tools.
- Interact with candidates in a clear, respectful, and professional manner to support a positive candidate journey.
- Handle multiple job openings simultaneously while adhering to hiring deadlines and business priorities.
- Partner with internal recruitment and operations colleagues to grasp current staffing demands and position specifics.

- Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM South African time – subject to change in accordance with daylight savings in the United States as well as the operational requirements of the Company)
- Work on both South African and U.S. public holidays (compensation for SA public holidays in accordance with the BCEA)
- Work Environment: This is a fully remote working role
