About the Role

Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with internal teams to attract and hire top talent. You will shape hiring strategies, source diverse candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience while supporting the building of high-performing teams aligned with organizational goals.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand talent needs and provide sourcing advice.
  • Identify, engage, and pre-screen candidates using creative sourcing methods and tools.
  • Assist in developing and implementing sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Ensure a professional candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.
  • Advance talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring demands through proactive recruitment.
  • Develop weekly reports and key performance indicators to measure recruiting effectiveness.
  • Participate in special projects related to talent management and other assigned duties.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Expert knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build rapport and collaborate at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with tact and urgency.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR-related applications.
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting exempt-level positions.
  • Workday ATS experience preferred.
