SPIRIT-ONSIDE Consulting GmbH seeks a Junior Recruiter for IT Services (m/w/d) in Munich. You will join a growing company of around 60 employees and be responsible for recruiting and placing highly qualified IT specialists into customer projects, directly contributing to our expansion.
What You'll Do
- Approach potential candidates via various recruiting channels.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact through contract creation.
- Screen applications and conduct interviews.
- Create offers and track them within the project placement process.
- Place IT specialists directly into customer projects or via partners.
- Create and maintain consultant profiles in the online tool 'Profiler'.
- Regularly update various databases related to consultant profiles.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and partners.
What We're Looking For
- First experience in recruiting highly qualified specialists.
- Practical knowledge of various recruiting channels like LinkedIn, Xing, StepStone, Monster, and Indeed.
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and self-motivation.
- Very good German language skills and good English language skills.
Nice to Have
- IT affinity (desirable, but not required).
