RemoteVA PH is hiring a Real Estate/Property Management Specialist to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of a portfolio of residential properties. You will ensure properties are well-maintained, compliant with regulations, and financially sound.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily property operations, including marketing, leasing, and tenant relationships.
- Prepare and manage lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely responses to tenant requests.
- Utilize property management software to track tenant accounts, process payments, and manage financial reporting.
- Conduct property inspections and manage vendor and maintenance staff relationships.
- Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal property management regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant communications, maintenance requests, and financial transactions.
- Assist with tenant screening processes, including background and credit checks.
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain high tenant satisfaction and occupancy rates.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate or property management.
- Familiarity with property management software such as AppFolio or Buildium.
- Strong understanding of property management laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties effectively.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
