Requirements
- You must be a currently licensed real estate agent
- You must have access to the MLS
- You must have experience showing homes in the Evanston area
- You must be able to show homes using an electronic lockbox

Additional Information
- You can earn for each home shown, especially when showing multiple homes to a single client
- Showami is not a real estate brokerage; agents remain with their current brokerage
- Full MLS access and ability to schedule and show homes is required
- In many markets, ability to use an electronic lockbox is required (if applicable)
- Unlicensed individuals may be referred to discount real estate licensing classes and brokerages
