- Submit comprehensive showing reports promptly after each visit
- Follow safety protocols when entering vacant or unoccupied homes
- Adhere to appointment times and maintain punctuality
- Represent clients with integrity and professionalism
- Answer basic questions about neighborhoods and local amenities
- Use mobile technology to access lockboxes and listing information
- Ensure all personal belongings are secured after showings
- Report any maintenance or safety issues observed on-site
- Maintain accurate records of all showings completed
- Handle keys and access devices responsibly
- Support agents by confirming showing availability with sellers
- Remain neutral and avoid giving real estate advice
- Follow up with clients when necessary to confirm feedback
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Adapt to last-minute schedule changes professionally
- Uphold confidentiality of client and property information
- Dress professionally for all in-person interactions
- Navigate to properties using GPS and digital tools
- Complete training on company procedures and software
- Respond promptly to messages and scheduling requests
- Maintain a reliable vehicle for travel between properties
Compensation
Hourly pay per showing with potential for bonuses based on performance and volume
