Showami is hiring a Real Estate Showing Agent

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and confirm property showings with clients and listing agents.
  • Provide clients with detailed information about properties and neighborhoods.
  • Coordinate with listing agents to ensure properties are ready for showings.
  • Accompany clients to property showings, providing transportation when necessary.
  • Collect and submit feedback from clients after property showings.
  • Maintain accurate records of all property showings and client interactions.
  • Ensure all showings are conducted in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Follow up with clients after showings to address any questions or concerns.
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures during property showings.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all clients.
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle for client transportation.
  • Ensure all property showings are conducted safely and securely.
  • Provide clients with information about the local real estate market.
  • Assist clients with the process of making offers on properties.
  • Follow up with clients to schedule additional showings if necessary.
  • Provide clients with information about the home-buying process.
  • Assist clients with any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Provide clients with information about the local community and amenities.
  • Assist clients with the process of obtaining financing for their property purchase.
  • Provide clients with information about the local school district.
  • Assist clients with the process of obtaining insurance for their property purchase.
