Gate is looking for an R&D Engineer specializing in Golang to develop and improve our backend systems. You will join a team focused on building robust and scalable platform services.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and services using Golang
- Collaborate on research and development initiatives to enhance platform performance and reliability
- Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code
- Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience developing production backend systems with Golang
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
